Free agency holds a little more intrigue this year without a collective bargaining agreement in place. That means the scheduled start of free agency on March 4 will be delayed unless a new CBA is in place. Also, the unrestricted and restricted free-agent designations below are based on the assumption that players with four or more years of NFL experience will become unrestricted, which is how it was under the old CBA.
