Vikings open preseason vs. Houston
Minnesota will start the preseason by hosting the Houston Texans the weekend of Aug. 8-10, followed by a Week 2 contest the weekend of Aug. 15-17 at Buffalo, where they will see former Vikings QB Tarvaris Jackson.

The Vikings close the preseason Aug. 29-30 against the Tennessee Titans.
All the dates and times will be announced when finalized.
