Vikings sign 16 college free agents

The Vikings have brought their roster to the offseason limit of 90 with the signing of 16 college free agents.

The Vikings have announced the signing of 16 college free agents after selecting nine rookies in last weekend’s draft. Keeping in line with their draft them, they have three pairs of players from the same college in this group of signings.

The Vikings will hold their three-day rookie minicamp starting Friday, where the nine draft picks, 16 free agent signings and other rookies trying out for the team will participate. Cris Carter’s son, Duron Carter, is among those expected to be on the field as a tryout participant (he wasn’t signed).

The 16 that signed over the last few days are: QB James Vandenberg, Iowa
WR Erik Highsmith, North Carolina
WR Nicholas Edwards, Eastern Washington
S Brandan Bishop, North Carolina State
RB Bradley Randle, UNLV
RB Jerodis Williams, Furman
TE Colin Anderson, Furman
FB Zach Line, SMU
S Darius Eubanks, Georgia Southern
LB Nathan Williams, Ohio State
C Camden Wentz, North Carolina Sate
DE Marquis Jackson, Portland State
T Mark Jackson, Glenville State
DE Collins Ukwu, Kentucky
DT Anthony McCloud, Florida State
WR Rodney Smith, Florida State
