Several current and former Vikings will team up Saturday for the 75-mile Ride For Life to benefit the Viking Children's Fund.

The Vikings will again be the centerpiece of the 10th Annual Ride For Life motorcycle rally to raise money for the Viking Children's Fund.

The rally, which begins from three starting points this year -- Maplewood, Duluth and St. Cloud -- will travel the 75 miles to Grand Casino Hinckley, where more than $25,000 in prizes will be given away.

Among the current players making the ride will be Michael Bennett, David Dixon, Adam Haayer, Chris Liwienski and Cory Withrow. Former players include VU Poobah Bob Lurtsema, Wally Hilgenberg, Doug Sutherland, Mick Tingelhoff and Stu Voigt.

The rally starts at 11:30 a.m. with registration starting at 9:30 a.m. For those intested in participating or for more information on the event go to www.vikings.com to get the details.

Since 1978, the Viking Children's Fund has raised more than $6.6 million for children's charities in Minnesota.
