Hosack Leads Vikings in Europe
Vikings wide receiver Aaron Hosack caught a 49-yard TD pass with 2:47 remaining to give the Frankfurt Galaxy a 17-10 win over Cologne on Sunday. He led the team with for receptions for 95 yards.
Ronyell Whitaker started at right cornerback for the Rhein Fire and posted three tackles in their 27-24 win over Berlin on Saturday.
Tackle Sean Bubin started at RT for the Hamburg Sea Devils in their 18-17 loss to league-leading Amsterdam on Saturday. The Sea Devils rushed for 167 yards but remain winless.
Hosack's Galaxy team and Whitaker's Frankfurt squad are tied for second place in the league. Hosack and Whitaker play again Saturday while Bubin's next game is Sunday.
