Adrian Peterson and a couple other Vikings moved up in the team's playoff record book despite a loss to the Eagles.

  • Adrian Peterson's 40-yard score was the longest touchdown run in team playoff history and the fourth longest playoff run overall. Chuck Foreman holds the record with a 62-yard run against Los Angeles on Dec. 26, 1976.

  • Peterson's two rushing touchdowns ties a team playoff record for a single game. Leroy Hoard (Jan. 10, 1999), Alfred Anderson (Dec. 26, 1988), Foreman (Dec. 18, 1976) and Dave Osborn (Dec. 27, 1969) have also had two rushing touchdowns in a playoff game.

  • Jared Allen's two quarterback sacks rank second-most in a Vikings playoff game. Allen is tied with five others – Jason Fisk (Jan. 17, 1999), Chris Doleman (Jan. 9, 1988), Jim Marshall (Jan. 1, 1978), Carl Eller (Dec. 26, 1976 and Dec. 27, 1969), Alan Page (Dec. 25, 1971).

  • Peterson's 83 yards rushing ranks fourth in NFL history for most yards rushing in a playoff debut by a player who led the league in rushing in the same year. Emmitt Smith holds that mark with 105 yards for his Dallas playoff debut in 1991.

  • Maurice Hicks' 133 kickoff return yards is second-most in team playoff history. Robert Tate holds the record with 151 yards against St. Louis on Jan. 16, 2000. Hicks edged out Robert Smith's 132 yards against Chicago on Jan. 1, 1995 by one yard.

  • The Vikings' playoff record is now 18-25 after the loss. The Vikings are 0-3 against Philadelphia in the postseason.
