Selected 70th overall by Packers in third round of 2004 NFL Draft. ...Expected to compete for a backup spot at cornerback in 2004. Will probably play on special teams and in team’s passing defenses. ... Bench-pressed 225 pounds 17 times at NFL Combine. Ran a 4.44 40-yard dash at the NFL Combine.

College
A former all-state high school quarterback who originally enrolled at the University of Washington, but left the program when the coaching staff reneged on its promise to play him at cornerback (tried to convert him to halfback, then safety). Two-time All-American and All-Big Sky selection. Had four interceptions in 2003. In 2002, missed all of five games and parts of two others with a knee injury. In 2000, he started eight games as a true freshman.
