How Acquired: Was part of the March 2005 trade in which the Vikings acquired the seventh overall pick (used to take WR Troy Williamson) and a seventh-round pick to the Oakland Raiders in exchange for Randy Moss.
Injury History: Was inactive vs. the Lions in 2005, after being listed on the injury report with a sore knee. Missed the first two games of the 2004 season and played the rest of the season with lingering affects from a knee injury.

2005: Played in 15 games, starting three, finishing the season with 24 tackles and one sack. Started three of the first four games and came off the bench in all of the final 12 games.
2004: Started nine of 14 games while battling through a knee injury.
2003: Started all 16 games, playing outside and middle linebacker. Ranked second on the team with a career-high 109 tackles. Added two sacks and three forced fumbles.
2002: Named to the Pro Football Weekly All-Rookie team. Started 13 of 15 regular-season games and all three playoff games for the Super Bowl XXXVII runner-up Oakland Raiders.
College: “Napo" played both football and basketball (one year) at Northwestern. Completed college career ranked 11th on Northwestern's all-time tackles list with 334. All-Big Ten as a senior after starting all 11 games at defensive end after moving from outside linebacker and ranked fourth on team in tackles with 78. Second on team in tackles-for-loss (nine) and sacks (three). Led team with 19 quarterback hurries
High School: Defensive Player of the Year by the Chicago Tribune, Chicago Sun-Times, Star Publications, Daily Southtown and the Hammond Times in his senior season. Recorded 91 tackles, 24 sacks, two fumble recoveries, five forced fumbles, two safeties and returned an interception for a touchdown in his final year at Thornton Township High School in suburban Chicago. Had 19 catches for 347 yards and four touchdowns on offense while seeing action at tight end. Also lettered in basketball as a guard and forward.
