How Acquired: Signed as an unrestricted free agent March 5, 2004, after spending the beginning of his career with the Buffalo Bills
Injury History: Missed two games with the Vikings in 2004 with a high ankle sprain that bothered him much of the second half of the season. Missed three games in the 2002 season with a knee injury. Missed five games in 2000 with a shoulder injury.

2005: Led the team in tackles with 89 and added a pair of fumble recoveries, as well as tying for second on the team with four interceptions. In two years with the Vikings, he has recorded seven interceptions after having just five in four years with Buffalo.
2004: Led the Vikings with three interceptions, ranked fourth on the team with 96 tackles despite missing two games and two more starts while battling an ankle injury. Was named NFC Defensive Player of the Week following the opening weekend of playoff games. Had 22 tackles, one interception, one sack, two tackles for losses and a forced fumble in two playoff games.
2003: Was third on the Bills with 124 tackles and one interception, along with 14 passes defensed, starting every game.
2002: Made 13 starts and amassed 65 tackles and 12 passes defensed. Missed three games with a midseason knee injury.
2001: Started every game and had a career-high-tying two interceptions, along with a team-high 106 tackles and 13 passes defensed. Became the first Bills cornerback to lead the team in tackles.
2000: Made 11 starts with 62 tackles, one interception and nine passes defensed. After 11 games, a shoulder injury caused him to be placed on injured reserve.
1999: Was the 23rd overall pick of the draft by Bills. Started two of 16 games in his rookie season, making 52 tackles, two interceptions and 12 passes defensed. His first career interception came against Peyton Manning, as did three of his first four interceptions.
College: Was a two-time All-American at Ohio State and became the first Buckeye to win the Thorpe Award as college football’s top defensive back. Had 278 career tackles, becoming the first non-linebacker in OSU history to record more than 200 tackles.
Personal: Played tailback and safety at Garfield (Akron, Ohio) High. Helped lead the team to three city titles, including a 10-1 record as a senior. He and wife Erniece have two sons, Antoine Jr. and Austin. Has volunteered in the Twin Cities area as a key member to the Vikings inaugural blood drive last year at the Mall of America in Bloomington.
