Pro
Has started at halfback for the last three seasons and was voted to his
second straight Pro Bowl in 2002. ... On Dec. 15, 2002, became just the third
player in Packers history to post three-or-more consecutive 1,000-yard
seasons, joining Jim Taylor (5, 1960-64) and John Brockington (3, 1971-73).
... Gained 1,240 yards (fourth in NFC) on 286 carries for a 4.3-yard avg. in
2002 despite missing two full games and sitting out the second half of two
other games. ... Was second among Green Bay’s receivers with 57 catches for
393 yards in 2002. ... In 2001, was second in the NFC in both rushing yards
(1,387) and total yards from scrimmage (1,981) - both career highs (4.6 yards
per carry on his 304 rushing attempts). ... Came to Green Bay from Seattle
in an April 2000 trade. Led Packers in rushing in 2000 with a career-high
1,175 yards and 11 touchdowns, becoming just the seventh player in Packers
history to rush for 1,000 yards. Signed five-year, $17.5 million contract
extension ($5 million signing bonus) prior to 2001 season.
College
Three-year starter (1995-97) at the University of Nebraska. ... Finished
career with 3,880 rushing yards and 42 touchdowns, both totals good for
second place on the Cornhuskers' all-time list. Finished with 300 yards and 3
TDs on 35 career receptions. ... In three bowl games, rushed 45 times for 326
