| Biography: |
Lemanski Hall could be a lunch-pale kind of guy. He works hard and has continued to draw interest from teams, but he doesn’t appear destined for stardom any time soon.
Hall started his NFL career as a rookie free agent signee out of Alabama with the Houston Oilers in 1994 and worked his way into becoming a starter with the Vikings in 2001.
2001: Started 13 of 16 games at strongside linebacker, recording 74 tackles, 13 for losses (tied for the team lead), two quarterback hurries, two forced fumbles and two fumble recoveries.
1999: Started 1999 with the Bears but ended up in Dallas. With the Cowboys, he played in 10 games and had seven tackles.
1998: The Bears signed him and he responded with 19 special teams tackles. He played in 15 games, recording nine tackles and a fumble recovery.
1997: His first year seeing action in all 16 games. Garnered his first two career starts, his first two sacks and had eight tackles. However, his best year as a pro would also be his last with the Oilers.
1996: The season was spent battling a groin injury since training camp. He eventually played in three games.
1995: Saw game time in 12 weeks and started to establish himself as a special teams leader. Played sparingly on defense in nickel situations.
1994: Made the Houston Oilers practice squad and was added to their 53-man roster at the end of the season.
College: After starting his career at Alabama in the defensive backfield, Hall moved to linebacker. He was an All-America honorable mention and first-team All-SEC his senior year, and first-team all-conference his junior year.
