| Biography: |
Jason Glenn signed with the Vikings during training camp on Aug. 16, 2006.
2006: Played primarily on special teams in nine games for the Vikings, who signed him Aug. 17. He had eight tackles on defense (six solo) and one fumble recovery on special teams before being placed on injured reserved Nov. 14.
2005: Played his only season with the Dolphins, playing in all 16 games, primarily on special teams. He finished the year with 13 tackles (12 solos).
2004: Played his final season with the New York Jets, making 10 tackles in 10 games and adding a forced fumble and a fumble recovery.
2003: Had his most productive season as a pro, playing in 14 games for the Jets and recording 42 tackles and four passes defensed.
2002: Played all 16 games for the Jets, primarily on special teams, and recorded 19 tackles.
2001: Drafted by the Detroit Lions in the sixth round of the draft and was released during training camp. Signed with the Jets and played in 15 games, recording 10 tackles.
College: A four-year player for Texas A&M and two-year starter. In both of his seasons as a starter with the Aggies, he missed time due to injuries – missing two games as a junior with a severe ankle sprain and playing in 10 games as a senior before suffering a season-ending knee that required surgery. Prior to his injury as a senior, he had 67 tackles, 16 tackles for a loss, five sacks, three interceptions and 15 passes defensed.
Personal: Is the younger brother of NFL cornerback Aaron Glenn.
