2006: Served as a backup to starters Mark Brunell and Jason Campbell, but did not see any game action. He played a key role in helping implement Al Saunders' offense in his first year in Washington.

2005: Served as a backup to starting quarterback Trent Green. He appeared in one game and did not attempt a pass.

2004: Served as the backup QB in all 16 games, taking snaps in two games. He completed one of five passes for 42 yards--hitting WR Eddie Kennison--and rushed one time for a four-yard gain.

2003: Served as the backup QB in all 16 games, taking snaps in five contests. He completed nine of 12 passes for 74 yards with a 90.3 rating and also had eight carries for minus seven yards.

2002: Served as the backup QB in 16 games, seeing action in three contests. He completed five of six passes for 73 yards with a TD, good for a 156.9 rating. He also had one carry for seven yards.

2001: Collins was listed as the club's backup QB in all 16 games, seeing action in one contest.

2000: Collins did not take any snaps during the regular season. He was listed as the second QB for the season's final five games and was the third quarterback for 11 contests.
