PRO CAREER: Converted from cornerback to wide receiver in 2006 and became Bears primary slot receiver, pulling in 22 receptions for 303 yards and 2 TDs... Versatile performer has also contributed to Chicago's special teams unit with 1,004 yards on 43 kickoff, 31 yards on 5 punt returns and 18 tackles… Added 7 tackles while serving as a reserve cornerback in 2005… Has 5 receptions in 4 postseason games for 86 yards… Former four-year Arena Football League veteran with the San Jose SaberCats leading his team in all-purpose yards on two occasions (2004-05).
CAREER TRANSACTIONS: Signed 3-year contract with Chicago (6/2/05). SIGNED through 2007
PERSONAL NOTES: Attended John F. Kennedy H.S. in Granada Hills, CA and did not play football… Spent the 2002 season as a graduate assistant at San Jose State and coached running backs at West Valley College in 2004… Rashied Khalid Davis has 8 siblings… Wife is Dianna.
