How Acquired: Signed to the Vikings practice squad on Oct. 24, 2006.
Contract Status: Vikings Contract Chart
2006: An undrafted free agent, he went to training camp with the San Diego Chargers but was released at the end of camp. Signed by the Vikings to practice squad on Oct. 24 but was released Nov. 22, only to be re-signed to the practice squad on Dec. 19.
College: Didn’t get any college scholarship offers and played a year at Fork Union Prep School. Started three years at left tackle for Virginia Tech, where he played for Vikings QB coach Kevin Rogers. Prior to suffering a knee injury late in his senior season, he has started 45 straight games.
