| Sat out the 2001 season due to injury but is in line to start at cornerback this season after a very strong showing in spring practice. Miles started every game in 2000 and knows the system inside-out. Major knock on him has been his inability to hang on to balls that could’ve been intercepted. 2001 - Redshirted. 2000 -Broke up a team-high 10 passes during the regular season. Numbered three tackles for loss among his 32 stops. Also caused a fumble at the Vol 8-yard line that denied Alabama a possible touchdown. ... 1999 - A special teams terror, he recorded eight tackles in that role while appearing in every contest. As a backup corner, he notched three tackles, including one for loss against Kentucky. Got his first career interception versus Auburn. … 1998 — Recorded six tackles and two assists in very limited playing time.
