How Acquired: Signed a three-year, $13 million unrestricted free agent contract with the Vikings on March 2, 2004 – the first day of free agency that season.

2007: Started in his second straight Pro Bowl alongside Kevin Williams and was named second-team All-Pro by the Associated Press. Was a big part of the Vikings’ top-ranked run defense in 2006 and 2007. Led Vikings linemen with 78 tackles, including 10 for a loss, and had two sacks, nine QB hurries, three passes defensed and two fumble recoveries. Has started more than 110 career games and played in more than 150.
2006: Named to his first Pro Bowl after starting all 16 games, registering 59 tackles (39 solo), 11 tackles for a loss, 14 quarterback hurries, five passes defensed, one sack and one forced fumble. Has not missed a game in his two seasons with the Vikings and was given as much credit as anyone for the Vikings chasing the all-time modern-day NFL record for least rushing yards allowed for a season. Has his best day as a pro vs. the Packers Nov. 12, piling up 12 tackles, nine solo tackles and four tackles for a loss. Against the Lions Dec. 10, he sacked Jon Kitna for a fumble that was recovered for a touchdown by Ben Leber.
2005: Started all 16 games for the Vikings, finishing the season with 67 tackles, 1.5 sacks and one fumble recovery.
2004: Started all 16 games for the Buffalo Bills, finishing the year with 51 tackles, 2.5 sacks and his first career interception – which he returned for a 20-yard touchdown.
2003: Started all 16 games for the Bills, finishing the season with 90 tackles and a fumble recovery he returned for a 28-yard touchdown.
2002: Started all 16 games, finishing the year with a career-high 108 tackles, a half-sack, two forced fumbles and a fumble recovery.
2001: Started all 13 games in which he played, finishing the year with 74 tackles and 1.5 sacks.
2000: Played in all 16 games, starting four. Finished the year with 80 tackles, 2.5 sacks, one forced fumble and two fumble recoveries.
1999: Played in all 16 games as a reserve defensive lineman. Finished the year with 48 tackles, 2.5 sacks and one forced fumble.
1998: Played in 14 games as a reserve defensive lineman. Finished the year with 19 tackles and 3.5 sacks.
1997: Was signed by the Bills as an undrafted free agent and, while on the 53-man roster the entire season, he was de-activated for 15 of those games, seeing his only action on the kick return team Oct. 26 vs. Denver.
College: Transferred to Texas A&M after never playing at Northeast Oklahoma, where he initially signed after spending two years as a Junior College All-American at Navaro (Texas) Junior College. Also played basketball for Navaro JC. As a senior, started eight of 11 games for the Aggies and was named second team All-SWAC as a junior despite starting just six games.
