How Acquired: Signed as an undrafted rookie free agent following the 2008 NFL Draft.
Future Contract Status
Predraft Analysis: One-year starter and four-year letterman for the Longhorns who led the team with 70 receptions for 795 yards (11.4 avg.) and five touchdowns as a senior. Jones has the tools to be an effective West Coast Offense receiver, with nice size, good hands and above-average run-after-the-catch ability. However, he does not truly stand out in any regard and will face a crowded corps of competition in training camp.
