Michael Early was signed from Buffalo’s practice squad to the Vikings’ active roster in mid-December 2002. He started for Buffalo against the Vikings in a preseason game after spending 2000 and 2001 playing for the Rhein Fire of NFL Europe. Originally signed to the Chicago Bears as a rookie free agent in 1999.
Is considered a powerful interior lineman who can play center and guard.
2002: Was inactive for all three games he was on the Vikings’ 53-man roster.
College: Transferred to Benedict College from Norfolk State.
Married to Nichelle.
