The Vikings acquired Lorenzo White in 2002 to add depth to their training camp roster, but the offensive lineman eventually found a spot on the practice squad and will have a chance to further prove himself in 2003.
2002: Spent the final 12 weeks on the practice squad after being released during the mandatory roster trimmings late in training camp.
College: Coached at Iowa State by Vikings offensive line coach Steve Loney. Started all 12 games in 2000 and was credited with contributing to ISU tailback Ennis Haywood’s leading the Big 12 in rushing with 123.7 yards per game. Was a second-team all-conference performer in junior college.
